ISPL - Information Services Procurement Library - is a best practice library for the management of acquisition processes related to Information Technology. It offers a set of books, tools and services to help customer and supplier organisations to manage the acquisition and delivery of services and systems in a variety of situations. ISPL has its roots in Euromethod.

It encourages customers and suppliers to control costs and time-scales, manage risks and improve mutual understanding. Lots of services and projects nowadays fail due to inadequate risk management. The approach offered is in particular beneficial to analyse and manage the underpinning complexity and uncertainty.

ISPL has been developed for use in both the public and the private sector. It is mainly used in large-scale services but its recommendations are also useful in small-scale services.
